The next OTSVA State meeting, as discussed at the last meeting, will be held at the Rogue Valley Riches event in Shady Cove.
We will meet in the conference center building (where all the other walk stuff takes place) across the parking lot from the hotel. (Edgewater Inn, 7800 Rogue River Drive, Shady Cove, Oregon)
Meeting time will be 4:30pm on Friday, May 12th. We will stick to a tight schedule as walkers are expected to be finished by 4pm and the Meet & Greet begins at 6:00pm. Please be prompt and prepared!
If you will not personally be in Shady Cove for the event, please identify an alternate to represent your club.
Please submit any items for the meeting ASAP! I will try to send out a draft agenda no later than Monday, May 8th. Thank you for your cooperation!
